Here's an honest breakdown of what you'll actually spend for a two-day Akagera trip in 2026, so you can plan without surprises. Fixed costs — park fees

Set by African Parks / Rwanda Development Board. Payable in cash at the gate or through your guide. Rates as of publication:

• Park entry, non-resident adult: USD 50
• Park entry, East African resident adult: USD 30
• Park entry, Rwandan national: RWF 5,000
